02:13 Select the element, such as the Title element, type "=" and select the cell you want it to reference. You won't see the formula being written on the spreadsheet within the element, BUT check out the formula bar and you'll see it being written there.

06:57 Similar to pressing Ctrl+1 outside of a chart to display the format cells dialog box, if a chart is selected and Ctrl+1 is pressed, Excel will pull up the Charting Task Pane. The element selected when the shortcut keys are pressed determines the options shown in the task pane. It's easiest to first select the element you'd like to edit and THEN press Ctrl+1.
